Current Update

For the weekend of October 24/25, we will still hold worship services in-person and online at our usual times (Saturday at 5:00pm, Sunday at 9:00 & 10:30am). However, Pastor Ben’s sermon will be pre-recorded and played during each service.

Yesterday (October 23), Victory was notified that a person Pastor Ben met with earlier in the week tested positive for COVID-19. Due to health department guidelines and out of an abundance of caution and care for our congregation, Pastor Ben will be quarantining himself for the recommended length of time and will be tested for COVID-19.

We remind all people who will attend worship or other activities at the Ministry Center of the following:

  • Please refrain from attending any event at Victory if: you have felt ill in the 48 hour prior to attending an event, have tested positive for COVID-19, have a member of your household who has tested positive for COVID-19, or are awaiting test results.
  • All people over the age of 5 should wear masks or face coverings over their mouths and noses for the duration of their time in the Ministry Center (unless a medical condition prevents them from doing so).
  • Make use of hand sanitizing stations and wash your hands frequently.
  • Maintain at least six feet of distance between people outside your household whenever possible.

Thank you for your prayers for Pastor Ben and for our church as we navigate challenges. God is still in control, and we trust in His wisdom and guidance to get us through all things.

June 12

We are excited to announce that, starting the weekend of June 27, we’ll offer limited seating for in-person worship! Seat reservations will be required. More details on this coming soon, including a link to reserve your seats and a video explaining what to expect when you come for worship. You can click here to learn more about what to expect during our partial reopening, or take a look at the graphic on the left.

We will still stream all of our service online on Saturdays at 5:00pm and Sundays at 9:00 & 10:30am at victoryofthelamb.com and on YouTube.

May 26

Victory staff and volunteers are in the process of preparing to re-open Victory for in-person worship as soon as possible. We are training volunteers and obtaining supplies to keep all attendees and volunteers safe during worship services. Because of additional duties before and after worship services, we need YOU to joyfully serve at Victory! You can volunteer at votl.life/serve. Although we don’t have a date for in-person worship yet, you can continue to worship with us online on Saturdays at 5:00pm and Sundays at 9:00 & 10:30am at victoryofthelamb.com and on YouTube.

April 20

Victory will continue to meet virtually until at least May 26. To continue to meet your spiritual needs, we’ll offer streamed services on Saturdays at 5:00pm and Sundays at 9:00 & 10:30am at victoryofthelamb.com and on YouTube. The pastors will continue to offer classes, Bible studies, and counseling in virtual formats, and they encourage small group leaders to offer virtual meet-ups as well. We will also support our community through a blood drive and a food drive with MobilizeMKE.

March 19

Victory’s worship services will remain online through the duration of this health crisis. We’ll open back up as soon as it is deemed safe by local and state health officials. Additionally, small groups will be moving to virtual meetings and all events at the Ministry Center are canceled or postponed. Join us online for streamed worship services!

March 13 (8:00PM)

Due to recent requests from Governor Evers to suspend gatherings of over 250, as well as the directive to close all Wisconsin schools, Victory has made the difficult decision to transfer to online-only worship for the time being. We encourage you to join us online at victoryofthelamb.com this Sunday at 9:00 & 10:30am, where we’ll share God’s word with you in a similar format to our in-person services.

March 13 (12:00pm)

Victory does still plan to host services on Sunday, March 15 at 9:00 & 10:30am. The current recommendation is to suspend gatherings of over 250 people, and typical services do not reach this number. However, we will still implement cleaning and sanitizing procedures as outlined in yesterday’s communication. Additionally, we will be adding additional safety measures (such as not passing the offering plates or handing out worship folders) to help keep you safe.

Determinations regarding services next week will be made as soon as possible and per guidance from state and local health officials.

March 12 (12:00pm)

Pastor Bill sent an email to the congregation regarding our current determination to KEEP services on as scheduled for March 15. It also details how Victory will increase sanitizing and cleaning to keep you and your family safe. If you are feeling ill or have a compromised immune system, we encourage you to stay home and join us online at victoryofthelamb.com.

March 12 (11:15AM)

Pastor Bill and Liz sent an email to parents of children who have attended Victory Kids in the last 6 months, providing detailed information about how we will make our best effort to keep the Victory Kids wing a clean and safe environment for children who attend on Sunday mornings. Additionally, the email reminded parents how to identify whether or not their children are healthy enough to attend Victory Kids.

March 12 (11:00AM)

Pastor Bill sent an email to Victory volunteers regarding COVID-19.
