A workout For All
Barre workouts combine elements of ballet dance conditioning, Pilates, and yoga into a full body workout. Barre District classes will tone and elongate muscles, increase flexibility, and strengthen you both physically and mentally. Our mission is to connect within our communities and promote health through strength, flexibility and relationships with one another.
What to Expect
This free opportunity, led by Jessi Larson (owner of Barre District in Oak Creek) will be held on Tuesday, February 25 at 6:30pm. Victory will host this event in the Elementary Room at the Ministry Center, and the workshop should be about 60 minutes long. Participants should wear workout clothes and may bring a yoga mat if they would like.
