Footsteps to the Cross by Koine – Tomorrow!

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Just a friendly reminder that tomorrow evening, March 15 at 6:30 pm, we’re hosting a special Lenten service event at our ministry center.

Footsteps to the Cross is a musical experience arranged by Koiné that weaves together scripture texts, music, and multimedia to highlight the final steps of Jesus Christ and the meaning of his suffering and death.

Invite a friend! Come early. Enjoy some bars and cookies courtesy of the Victory Café. This is going to be a powerful experience of the gospel that you don’t want to miss!

Please note a couple things: There will be no Victory Kids program or childcare provided during the service. You can expect the service to last 75 minutes. If possible, consider parking on the far side of the ministry center so that the closest spots are available for guests who may be arriving last minute. Also please sit as close together as we expect a full house. We do intend for live streaming to be available via our church streaming site.

This special event tomorrow evening is our final mid-week Lenten service until Holy Week (Maundy Thursday and Good Friday) leading into Easter. Other churches in the area have additional Wednesday Lenten services the next couple of weeks. You are all invited and encouraged to attend and support these churches if you desire additional opportunities to worship this Lenten season. Here is a menu of local congregations in our fellowship of faith and their mid-week opportunities for worship:

St. Jacobi in Greenfield (8605 W Forest Home Ave, Greenfield) Wednesday worship at 3:30 pm and 7:00 pm

St. Paul’s in Muskego (Janesville Rd and Tess Corners) Wednesday worship at 3:30 pm and 7:00 pm

Sharing Christ’s Victory,

Pastor Ben
