DISCUSSION

Staffing

  • Victory will be looking to hire a seminary student during the 2023-2024 school year to assist with growth both in person and online.

GATHER

  • In Early November, Victory Kids had an all time high in number of kids. There were 84 kids in attendance and Victory Kids.
  • Worship attendance has been really good recently, both in person and online.
  • Discussed holiday services for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

GROUPS

  • We are blessed to have new groups, both life groups and special interest groups, starting at Victory that are meeting the needs of people and meeting them where they are at.

GIVE

  • Ministry Expansion Update:
    1. Wrapping up final touches
    2. Studio Funding Update: We have two generous donors who have set up a match opportunity (ending November 30). One donor will match up to $7500 and the other will match up to $2500, for a total of $10,000.
    3. We will be hearing back regarding the Antioch Grant very soon.
  • Good start to the fiscal year!
  • Victory has been named a beneficiary in an estate. Generous gifts such as this allow us to further our mission, to reach today’s people with Christ’s victory at Victory, in the community, and around the world.
    • 2 Corinthians 9:6-8 Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
    • If you wish to make a special gift, no matter how big or small, such as an estate gift or legacy gift, please contact Pastor Bill.

GROW

  • 2-5 year plan: The leadership team discussed Victory’s 2-5 year plan and will revisit after the Staff Retreat in January.
