Give to Support

“Whoever sows generously will also reap generously.” Giving to church isn’t about obligation. We give offerings, use our abilities to serve Jesus, and offer up our time out of love to Jesus and to our church. God blesses the gifts we give cheerfully to His Kingdom. When we commit to serving God’s kingdom with time, talents, and treasures, we will see the benefits of our generosity in our church, community, and in our own hearts. Sermon Text: 2 Corinthians 9:6-15

Neighboring

What is neighboring? How can we be genuinely loving agents of change for our neighbors and culture? In a hurting world filled with hurting people, what can Christians do to help our neighbors around us? We can point them to justice. We can assure them of peace. And we can show them love. Christ’s death and resurrection is for all of us, and so we can see our neighbors as forgiven sinners just like us. Sermon Text: 2 Corinthians 5:14-21

A Full Life

The Christians in Corinth learned that a truly full life is when we have made someone else a little richer. 2 Corinthians 9:6-15

A Disciplined Life

It’s not enough just to want to do the right thing, we need to have a plan and accountability that will help us follow through. 2 Corinthians 8

A Radical Life

Jesus lived radically. How did the Christians in Corinth live Jesus’ radical love in their lives? More importantly, how can we? 2 Corinthians 8:1-8
