United in our Diversity
Our unity in Christ does not mean uniformity; it means diversity. The Church is the body of Christ and we are all unique members of his body. We all play a unique role in his kingdom. Our diverse gifts and callings allow us to complement each other so that we might all mature together. Sermon Text: Ephesians 4
Love…Embraces All
We say we love all people, but when push comes to shove, we’re pretty selective about where we choose to live and the people we choose to hang out with. Jesus hung out (literally!) with individuals that we church people would deem “beneath us”. And he showed them the same love, the same grace. Love embraces all! John 3:14-21; Luke 23:43
