Victory of the Lamb (Victory) announced on Sunday, August 2, 2026, to its congregation its intent to purchase the VICI Capilli Greenfield campus located at 4111 S 108th St.
The transaction is expected to close at the end of September, pending customary due diligence, regulatory approvals, and the satisfaction of all closing conditions.
“Victory is a growing church that supports the community, and we couldn’t be more excited for the potential to be a part of the Greenfield community,” said Lead Pastor, Bill Limmer.
The Franklin church began in 2006 in the living room of their church parsonage. From there, they moved to Polonia Soccer Club, then the former Showtime Theater, and finally to their current location at 11120 W. Loomis (Hwy 36) in Franklin, which is now a church home to over 1000 people.
“Victory came from humble beginnings and a handful of volunteers who really care about reaching people with Christ’s Victory. More importantly, reaching today’s people, exactly where they are. We’ve outgrown our space, which speaks to the work God is doing through our church,” explained Limmer.
Victory invests in its community through a variety of outreach initiatives, family events, and local partnerships. From hosting large-scale community events like Family Night featuring Touch-A-Truck to fostering meaningful connections through groups like Mommy & Me and the Special Needs Support Group, Victory creates opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to connect and belong. The church also partners with organizations such as Autism United of Wisconsin, Muskego Food Pantry, Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin, and Country Dale Elementary School, demonstrating its commitment to serving its neighbors in impactful ways.
“For us, it's always been about serving people. That's been at the heart of our ministry in Franklin for more than 20 years, and it's the same heart we'll bring to Greenfield. We want to get to know the community, build lasting relationships, and care for people in a way that makes a real difference,” continued Limmer.
