When was the last time you lost your phone? Do you remember what that was like? You think you know where it is at, but it is not there. You go to the second spot knowing it is got to be there, but it is not. Panic sets in, especially if you are running late. Your heart rate accelerates to the hummingbird heart rate of 1,260 beats per minute. You ask for family members or friends to join you in what has become an all-out search because the “worst” thing in the world has happened. You have lost your phone.
This weekend, we are beginning a new series called The One. In this series, we will look at four different parables to teach about God’s love for the lost. Although we are all “The One” who is lost, we will see that God uses us to reach “The One.”
I invite you to join and participate in worship, in person or online this Saturday at 5:00pm or Sunday at 9:00 or 10:30am.
Sharing Christ’s victory,

Crash the Chatterbox Book Study – At one point or another, we all find ourselves listening to our internal “chatterboxes”. These negative voices in our heads lead us down paths of insecurity, fear, condemnation, and discouragement. But worse, they lead us away from Jesus. Join Pastor Bill and Sammi for a 6-week study on the book Crash the Chatterbox via Zoom on Tuesdays at 7:00pm or Thursdays at 12:00pm. Book provided, but space is limited. Click here to register for the book study by August 25.
